In October we are launching a 6 week 'Introduction to Mindfulness course'

Each week leads us through teaching, discussion and practice so we can be equipped with tools to live a more mindful and aware life.

Week 3: Taming the monkey mind

Week 4: Dealing with difficult emotions

Week 5: Self compassion

Week 6: Compassion

Full Moon Meditation

It's an ancient practice to be in tune with the seasons, and so on the full moon, we will take to the beach to spend some time meditating. This month's focus will be on 'coming home'

August's meditation

30 of us gathered after a swim and/or yoga to sit and welcome God, ourselves and awareness. It was a beautiful time
